Product Manager

The Photo Butler Product Manager role is ideal for someone who has a passion for digital products (photos, videos, and other), is eager to create innovative interactive digital experiences for mobile and web, and is driven by success. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, business development, UX design and senior management to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new Apps (iOS, Android, Web) and services using our existing and emerging SDKs and APIs by coordinating with designers, developers, and our internal teams

  • Write specifications for developers for the creation of new features and maintain internal documentation of product releases

  • Own Product delivery to clients and the public

  • Data driven product enhancements - Review user feedback & activity data to determine future direction.

  • Share in the tasks of the product management department

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. The Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company’s products

  • Strong experience building and/or managing digital products - Web and Mobile - Photo and video-based projects a plus

  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure

  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative

  • Team player who collaborates well with others

  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience

  • An eye for UI/UX design and being able to communicate with designers and developers

  • An understanding of technology to communicate with developers and push for strong product innovation.

  • Analytical; experience using Analytics packages to drive product development decisions 


Preferred Qualifications

  • A proven track record of bringing successful products to market or of being on teams that brought such products to market.
